Fendi 605 Glasses or No?

Vintage style eyeglasses a comeback? Nothing is more stylish than the Wayfarer, a design manufactured by Ray-Ban. The Wayfarer was all the rave during the 1950s, the ones that James Dean epitomize on the map, "dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today." In the 1961 movie Breakfast at Tiffany's, Audrey Hepburn wore the oversized sunglasses that resembled the model, but not quite the real deal. Than, the Wayfarer had a comeback with Tom Cruise in the 1983 movie Risky Business.

The original Wayfarer by Ray-Ban eyeglasses frame costs $180 but it is out of date and not so fashionable for the attention seeking 90's & post-90's generation. Maybe, I will wear them in another lifetime when I retire as a sexy studious professor, you know...the ones James Dean put on the map? What a great gift to have for the holidays. I found an uber affordable yet fashionable designer pair at eyeglasses.com. The burgandy Fendi 605 glasses that would go great with my beige-brown embroidered Fendi leather purse. I want one! And, I'm not just saying that either. (To Be Continued).

Feast On Good

The Tap Project is a very interesting project coming from UNICEF. Hundreds of restaurants in New York City, invited their patrons to pay $1 for something they normally get for free. Tap water. Although one would wonder why they paid for tap water, the funds collected will support UNICEF water programs, which provide safe drinking water to children around the world. The bottle clearly caught my attention due to the aesthetics. Design is influential to any product or cause.
